TLC Center is excellent, they work with head start n have classrooms for each age. They are expensive but it's wonderful. My kids used to go to mini hearts and hands but we pulled them because my son kept getting bit n they weren't really doing anything about it. My oldest was subdued there but the minute we moved the boys to TLC center, he was a little excited boy that was very rambunctious. Never will I go back to mini hearts and hands. I highly recommend TLC Center. They are a 3 star daycare.
