College Boreal - from the vet technician program. We got a mixed breed dog there last year for $100.00 needles and neutering.

Just be sure to check where the dog is sourced from. There are no pet stores in the Sudbury area that sell milled dogs, to the best of my knowledge any dog or cat found in a pet store in the Sudbury area is from a shelter or rescue. www.rdshelter.ca
