Holders body works. Awesome work, and very reasonable pricing. I had a cracked bumper from hitting retread on the interstate. It was less than my deductible of $1000 to fix.

my buddy used to work at Steve White and is a VW Master Technician (from what I understand, the only one in the state). He sold me his VW about a year ago, and works on it when needed. I could ask him if he's interested if you are.

DJ's in Easley has 4 vw factory certified technicians there. I don't know if that means anything, however I do know they are an amazing place with amazing prices. They know their stuff and work on only VWs. I had an 87 cabriolet and had a lot of work done on it over the years, all with extremely cheap prices and great service. I even had my car go weird in a very VW way and they held it until the problem came back so they could fix it. They didn't dismiss it or blow smoke up my ass. They offered to wait until the problem happened again, filled the gas tank (I used to always ride on empty) and didn't charge me for that either.

J auto off of hwy 25 near 85. He does it all euros and merica's. Prices are fair. The guy who runs the joint is the only mechanic I trust.

If you don't mind me asking, how did they try to screw you? Honestly I've bought three VWs from there in the past 6 years and their service department is pretty terrible, but it's gotten a lot better recently. Also though I have nooooo problem arguing with them when it feels like they're trying to pull the wool over my eyes. I'm fairly certain they have a 'give this girl whatever she wants so she'll go away' note on my account. lol
