Lauren Cates of Lighthold massage therapy end of life care is fabulous. You can find her training a at www.lighthold.org. I have taken a few classes with her and it has been eye opening and so rewarding!

Northwestern Health Sciences University occasionally does one here in MN, as does a school called Center Pointe. I would go to NW's first though. Not sure about any in your area

A pediatric specific training is www.liddlekidz.com . They have a class at the end of Sept. in Los Angeles. They would probably know of other courses for adults too.
