Had a similar problem with a guy called Connor Mcattie. Destroyed my toilet and refused to take any responsibility. Tried to get him to come back and sort it out but got a load of intimidating calls back. Seemed like a lovely bloke at first but soon showed his colours. Ended up getting a reputable plumber to fix his work
