We really like Dr. Russell Applegate, Riddle Pediatric. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything! It is really reassuring as first time parents. Plus they have weekend hours and an on - call hot line for patients with any questions.

Haddon Heights area friends,,,,can anyone recommend a good pediatrician? We had a great one we were very happy with ,that pretty much saved Grace but United Healthcare...

we are going through the same thing! Cooper Pediatrics on Mainstreet in Voorhees is great, with dones of specialists, etc. 856-751-9339. That's where we are transferring too
Deborah S. replied:
Haddonfield Pediatrics. THEY have been amazing,we still go there even though we live in Mt. Laurel. open 7 days a week for emergencies and will call back no matter the time you call. They are Advocare but they took my Qualcare when no one else did.

This happened to me with Advocare in Wash Twp with Amerihealth. I received a letter saying they were no longer taking it and I would have to find a new Dr for my boys. They called Amerihealths bluff and Amerihealth came through at the last hour and they came to an agreement. Keep your hopes up that this is what is going on and your Ins Co may just come to an agreement with them.
Meg S. replied:
Cooper Peds are really good, I called them and talked to them to see if they had what we would need due to Lilys care. You should call them and explain your situation and see if you are comfortable with them. The insurance company gave me some weird doctor whose name I couldn't even pronounce who practices out of her house lol, I was like, ummm no.
