I use this man in Geula (very close to the supermarket ZOL),he charges 40 shkalim,and he uses both scissors and the machine as well.I have used him for almost three years now, and I am very pleased.MOSHE tlf; 052 8712307. Bar Kochba street,nr.10. He does not speak Eanglish,but he is extremely service minded.

I use a barber in Hadar,his name is Moshe Maimon,and he charges 35 sh. on the street Bar Kochba 10, very close to the supermarket ZOL,almost at the end of Hertzel street.
