I know it's a little late in the season to ask but: does anyone know of any summer camps that are still available with smaller group sizes/fewer students? My son is high...

We (my ex-husband and I) have been very active in the community and with services provided within Hamilton. Of course Autism Spectrum Disorder has had it's fair share of government cut backs recently. I certainly advocate for continued support. The stats are staggering.

Also my son attended Garside church - they do 2 weeks only very reasonable priced and fun fun fun , I like the church ones as the are smaller and feel more wholesome to me. :) 1 st Week - July 22-26 2 nd Week - August 12-16 http://www.garsidechurch.com/VBS2012_registration.php

There used to be camp at The Equestrian Centre for the Disabled (TEAD). Google their website.

It is a nightmare Julie. I don't find Contact Hamilton to be very helpful but i know that i have to deal with them. Everything that I've learned, I've learned on my own or from other parents. Feel free to contact me at any point, or friend me on FB if you have any questions. My son is almost 19 so we've gone through the system for years.
Wondering if anyone knows where there is a good boot camp or crossfit classes in the Flamborough, Waterdown area?
Dana W. replied:
Amy Moss-Archambault with Tri Mom is AMAZING! I've been with her just over a year now and love it! She's currently on Hollybush in Waterdown (I drive from Freelton) but is moving between the 6 th and 7 th concession next month to have a larger studio.:)))
Amy M. replied:
Thank you Dana! I offer women's only fitness focusing on High Intensity Interval Training including bootcamps. Message me if you would like to try a class. I'm currently in Waterdown until the end of August and then I'm moving to a larger studio just at Flamborough Centre.

Looking for a great exercise Groupe/boot camp in the area. Anybody now of any? Need to get back into shape! Thank you

I drive to Waterdown, Shelley DeJager. Amy Moss-Archambault at Tri Mom is awesome! I love it. I go 2 nights a week and it's a strength training and cardio bootcamp. She offers a few morning slots too and personal training as well. She does it out of her home and no one judges. It's nice to meet other local Moms. You can search Tri-Mom on Facebook or PM me if you have any questions

I can't remember the age group but best camps ever are at McMaster University. Sports Fitness Camps. If not this year then another. Best camp. My kid sent for years. Lots to chose from.

My kids liked Great Big Theatre Company. They also loved McMaster Mini-U but children have to be 8 to attend; perhaps in a couple of years.
Looking for summer camp recommendations for our 11 year old boy. We are looking for something in the Muskoka area that offers a lot of activities and is well...
