I was thinking about this same thing yesterday. I too acquired my first home recently. I'm looking for recommendations on getting our furnace service/maintained. I'm thinking of going through Boonstra or Reliance. We're with reliance for our water heater, and they offer a maintenance package that I believe includes furnace for $19.99 extra. Also looking for suggestions on AC maintenance and air duct cleaning. I'll shop around myself and report back what I find as well. Edit: Would this be something that would require its own sub-reddit? There are so many options and services out there. They would get buried within the thread. If there was another sub for this type of thing. Stickies could be make for each service available.
