Jen saw Dr. Kulp at the Phila. Hand Center for her surgery. His office at that time (over 10 years ago) was near the KOP Mall.

Phila Hand Center (and Dr. Kulp) have offices in Delco, also. Their main office is in K o P but they have offices in all 5 counties and Jersey.
