First thing you need is the following: 1: source of water the county approves of 2: run several "Perk tests" where the tanks going to be, and where the overflow lines are going to be run. 3: here in Washington state (The land of Hipsters, Grungers, Bill Gates and other social detritus) make you install 2 complete separate systems just in case one dies.
