Definitely Long Pond PT in Pembroke. Very knowledgeable on sports injuries. Owners are great guys.

Sports and Physical Therapy in Norwell (right off Route 3 by Audi dealership). My son Jared went there after ACL surgery. They used his IT band to fix the ACL problem. He saw Jen and Dan and both were great. Scott is a trainer for the Bruins/Red Sox. www.sportsandpt.com

Long Pond Physical Therapy on 139 across from King Collision.
Dave G. replied:
Either Long Pond Physical Therapy or Mobility Plus. Make sure you get to the root of the problem. In most cases ITB pain is the symptom not the cause of of the problem. Craig at Mobility Plus is also an accomplished runner...

Hi Robyn. As you can see there are some very good PTs in the area and you would do well with any of the above mentioned. As the owner of Long Pond Physical Therapy, I am partial to Tim Kaufman DPT at Long Pond. Tim is familiar with and has a great wo rking knowledge of IT band issues. I know he'd be able to help you out with yours. If you have any question don't hesitate to call him at 781-924-5289 or stop by and take a look at the clinic. Thanks for your consideration. We would love to help you
