It's really lovely here, we moved to the village in April and now can't imagine living anywhere else. Depending on where you are moving from it may be worth running your kids schooling out where they are and making the move when spaces come up. We did that with our son and he started at the village school in September, he just loves it. There's a lady in the village called Sonia that childminds, and she has the most lovely outdoor area for kids with lots of chickens. Not sure if she would have spaces?
