Tan Speak to Johannes at OGs he might be able to give you engine oil from the OGS tractor, othewise contact pest portal, they are the guys i used at OGS, really good. Termites you have to dig up the queen to get rid of them, if you dont she will just re colonize

Methyl Bromide might work.i believe it's a heavy gas,so it goes down into the nest.I'd be very reluctant to it or phostoxin because it may effect any underground water(boreholes).

Speak to Tim Major from crop serve. He is an Ergronomist and its his job to eradicate things like this. Most of his Chemicals are biological so completely harm free to us "green label" but sorr the pests out fast. We have just sorted all of our a T's with his advise, chemicals and application program. Almond pest control. Excellent, they put a chemical bomb type thing into nests. They Plot a map record with GPS all nests and give you 2 year garuntee.... very reasonable. Think 12 nests cost us about $60. Think they have facbook page
