If you haven't already, go take a look at AHRN.com, it has been great to get a general idea. We didn't really find any rental agents we liked here and could find a whole lot of info about as far as customer satisfaction. We have heard a lot of horror stories though. I think it really depends on the family and their situation (kids, pets etc) on what will be a good fit.

Lisa Klett at Sierra Properties is the sweetest woman I've met in my entire life. She'll tell you like it is about the house and the area it's in. I don't even mind that I'm renting here because she takes such good care of us.

John Reider was a good rental agent. When we were still renting I was very happy with them - polite, prompt, and helpful.
