I have used K9 Design for years Renee is very good and our Tigger is very picky who touches his face and she has done a wonderful job for at least 8 years. She is dependable and fair prices you HAVE to have an appointment. She was referred to us from my neighbor and she had used her for years. I honestly don't know but she has been in Harrisburg a long time. She on the strip shopping center on 49 where the DMV is located.
