Dr Sullivan works with no ins. If you pay cash or check its only $35 for adjustment and electro and ultra sound. The first visit I believe was around $60 for evaluation

The one by walgreens is real good Karen Freese. Think his name is Dr. Sullivan. I use to go to him, my sister sitll does, and few others I know. Really nice guy.
