Dr. Mohammed Davib with Group Health Associates. He works out of their Springdale location, call 246-7000 for appointment, but I just called yesterday and the earliest appointment they had was some time in March. He happened to have a cancellation yesterday, so I was able to get in right away. He was very kind and knowledgable, really liked him. Don't let his name fool you, he speaks English.
