Dr. Janice Piedmont has done miracles for me numerous times - and she's been around for probably more than 20 years - I have a lot of friends who have been happy with her too! Also, my 2 cents, massage is great but will not make a difference like a good adjustment. Good luck Kia - hope you find some relief whatever you do!

I see Dr Susan Sweeten. She is in the same office as Dr Piedmont. She has done acupuncture for migraine on me when I was pregnant and could find no relief. The acupuncture did it! As well as helped my jaw and back.

I go to Dr Greyson at RMH he does the epadorals (spelling) and the shots to the nerve. They work for awhile, but are pricey. Last I got was well over $800!

I very much liked Atwell Family Chiropractors, and it's a bit of a drive, but Valley Family Wellness and Chiropractic in Staunton is VERY in line with my personal feelings about self care.

I used to work for Dr Fierro on Neff Ave and he is awesome - he doesn't have the "I'm a Dr" mentality....and he used to be the president of the american clinical board of nutrition & is all about natural supplements/living. I think you would be a good fit.
