I go to Dr. Elizabeth Enschede at Beth Israel Medical Group in Williamsburg, right by the Bedford L stop. She's not vegan but does take a holistic approach to medicine and views plant-based diets as perfectly healthy. She's also my baby's pediatrician and has never made us feel weird about raising him plant-based!
