I know people who swear by Portland Pie Co in Nashua and Manchester, but haven't heard anything in haverhill

Ordering out is hard since the oven's are typically for both regular and gf pizzas and they can make you sick still. My favorite crust is from Against the Grain - they carry it at Market Basket in the freezer with the breakfast foods and other frozen pizzas. When you make it be sure to use parchment paper under it on the pan though so your pan doesn't cross contaminate.
