Not quite that area but Havertown isn't too far for a great cut. I have 14 yr old twins and they love Sweeny Todd's on Darby Rd, across from the Skadium. They came highly recommended and have fully lived up to it. http://sweeneytoddshavertown.com

If you can make it into Philadelphia try Salon Sugar. The girl there does a lot with alternative hair styles but I used to go to her when I kept my hair shorter and her technique is wonderful.
