This is a long shot, where can I find the flooring used at the Hawthorne Supercharger lounge? I know this subreddit is more about Tesla products, but felt this might be...

Daltile Unity, color is P400 Avorio in 12"x24" size with polished finish. Stacked bond installation pattern, looks like 1/8" grout joints. Any tile dealer near you who carries Daltile (which is probably almost all of them) should be able to order you in a free full size sample tile if you can wait a few days. Likely none of them would have a sample on hand. The price will probably cost around 6 and a half to 7 bucks per square foot. Hope this helps!

Architectural materials and supplies for commercial projects are quite different (and more expensive) than residential materials and supplies. If you're determined and willing to do some work your best bet is to try and figure out who was the architect on that building (you can call the building owner, or the town will have it on record when they issued the permit), then call the architects.

It doesn't have veining right? It looks like a porcelain to me too. I have a tile guy I can ask. Especially since he knows about 80% of any of the tile sold in LA.

I agree that's some good looking floor tile -- sometime next year I'll be ripping up my kitchen tile that came with the house and putting something very similar to this down. Big fan of the high gloss polished, rectangular look. Here in TX we have Floor and Decor which has some pretty good stuff at a fair price.

This is probably a form of "Industrial Marble Tile". Sometimes they have reflective specks in them, sometimes they don't. Depends on what kind you order, and the batch. I used to have it in part of my old house and it was very nice and durable, and sparkled when the sun hit it. Only thing you need to be careful of is to make sure you have a professional do the floor leveling, because some of the big tiles can easily crack if it is uneven underneath. Also, bigger tiles can crack if you happen to live in an area that has earthquakes. I personally had large tiles that were about 2 ft x 2 ft much like these. Really nice clean look - easy to clean and maintain.
