Hi Liz, as I'm in Greece I should be able to advise you, but we haven't travelled that much since we've been here. Santorini is good advice, I've heard the Blue Palace in Crete is great, also Elounda something in Crete; alternatively, Forte Village resort is great. Ok, its also a family place, but there are enough areas to escape the children, adult spa, etc. Good luck x
