my brother and I both went to Bryan Hillborn for years in helena. Hes amazing, fair and is big into sports medicine and could show you some moves for the sciatica (which i feel for you on! Ouch)

Hi Becky..try visiting with Anna Nash at Nash Rehab. They actually work to get you recovered, Tim's mom loves her, I think it's less chiropractic and more rehabilitation.
