I agreed to pay £275 (190 + our laptop) in exchange for two laptops for my boys christmas presents. When I went to collect they couldnt find the laptops I had agreed to buy but promised to sort out 2 of same specification and quality. They gave me 2 br oken laptops of much lesser quality, one of which was still logged in to the previous owners accounts. Facebook, twitter, emails....... I went in today (they have been away until now) to give them back and collect my laptop and cash refund and they dont have the cash and have already removed components from my laptop rendering it totally worthless. My children dont have their christmas presents, I dont have the cash to purchase again and I dont have the bargaining tool of a laptop to part ex, also I dont have peace of mind that my privacy and data had been protected. Trading standards will be informed I think. Laptop solutions is a joke.
