I would highly recommend Redbourn Physio - Shelley, who is an Osteopath that works wonders on my hypermobile joints. She works every Saturday. If you are determined to have a Chiropractor, then there is a chap called Francois in St Albans that is a good Chiro.

Samantha Sullivan Hemel osteopathic practice. She helped me when my back went into spasm and referred me for an MRI. Bulging Discs tears and nerve pain and I'm back running cycling etc and she keeps me fixed:)
