Been doing my shopping online for over 12 yrs. Wouldn't go to a shop for my main shop again. Used Tesco mainly but have just swapped too Amazon Fresh as they tell you sheen all your items are available and if anything is missing they text you the morning of the delivery so you know

I love it! Ocado is good, but I prefer Waitrose as Customer Services are better and also you can add comments for the pickers. I find it saves me money as I only buy what's on my list and don't get distracted with offers.
