I highly recommend The Jackson Clinic: http://thejacksonclinics.com/ci/the-jackson-clinics/home/locations/17/ They have locations in Herndon on Eldon Street and in Worldgate. I went to the one in Worldgate and was blown away by their knowledge and professionalism. Hands down the best therapy group I've ever encountered.

I can only tell you where NOT to go! The I-Nova Health Plex on the FFX County parkway was not great - I went twice and WILL NOT return....hope you continue to do well, though!

Herndon Family Medicine has a physical therapy office attached to the general practice. I had my shoulder done there in December/January and they were great.
