Heartland Women's Health Care in Marion. I'm 4 months pregnant and that's where I go. And I love all the staff there.

I use heartland women's health you can go to Marion Carbondale or my Vernon they all work together I have had some complications throughout mine. I will be 37 weeks on Thursday, they have a specialist come to my Vernon on Wednesdays I was able to see instead of having to go all the way to STL so that is a perk to think about. Hopefully your pregnancy goes smooth and well but just in case, it is nice that they offer that and you don't have to go through transferring all your records yourself.

Dr Bishop is awesome!!!! He was my Dr all three of mine and three for my sister. He is great with high risk cases. He was actually a nurse I believe before he decided to go back to school to be a Dr. So he is great with the nurses too. My last one I had pre eclampsia and I was in and out of the hospital but he got me to 36 weeks. He also has a great bed side manner. He doesn't sugar coat but will tell you what you need to know and will take time to answer your questions.

Everyone had Dr.Gates at New Horizons but it seems like I'm the only one who has Dr.BoBo

I also use Heartland Woman's Health. I go to the Carbondale office and I see Dr. Don Bishop. He is amazing. And he also does high risk pregnancy.

Dr. Bishop is great! I had another Dr. When I was pregnant with my twins Dr. Bishop was the Dr on call and was great! I even see him at the mall and he stopped to talk to me and answered a question I had at the time.

We go to Southern Illinois OBGYN and love them so much. My sister used Dr. Gates at New Horizons for her first child and Dr. Mulch at SI OB for her second. She definitely preferred SI OB and I have to agree. They are fantastic

Why don't you use heartland woman's healthcare, I hats who I use. Carr is awesome!! So is Dr. Carrol she is who delivered Rider. I hey have offices in Marion and Carbondale and Anna once a week. I know they deliver in Marion. Maybe cdale too if the doctor has privileges there.

I saw Dr Naomi Wall in Cape during my pregnancy. She's a perintology specialist and she's amazing! I didn't have her deliver my baby but when I went my illinois medicaid covered both my visits!

Dr. Gates delivered Kenslie he is at New Horizons in Carbondale. He was great! I went to Heartland Womens Health this yr. Dr. Combs handled both my miscarriages. I really liked him; I met Dr. Carrol one time I wasn't impressed with her. But a lot of ppl like her, I may have gotten her on a bad day. The only reason I switched from New Horizons to Heartland Women's Health was because of insurance.

New Horizons Ob/Gyn. Dr Douglas Gates delivered 3 of my 4 children. I'm now seeing Dr Andrew Bobo for Gyn issues.

I had Carr and delivered in Marion. All the doctors were caring and monitored me closely during my labor even Dr. Sayvong stayed near for me just in case if I needed an emergency c section. And I was in labor for 26 hours so him and Carr stuck around for me for a while.

Dr. Gates in Carbondale at New Horizons. He delivered my two youngest and is seriously awesome!

Carrissa Holloway at Marion. If you do through heartland women you also have the option to deliver at Carbondale. I personally like Marion delivery rooms better. They are bigger and provide 2 beds in your recovery room for you and dad, or whoever. As to where Carbondale doesnt. You also get an ultrasound every week if you go to heartland.

Dr. Nolan at heartland women's is cool. She's was primary for my ex wife for both our pregnancies. And is primary for this pregnancy with my current fiancee. My ex wife liked her and my fiancee (who dislikes doctors to an immense degree) likes her as well.

I delivered in Marion this past July and had an amazing experience. I was in labor 36 hours. I went the first 24 unmedicated and the nurses were amazing, always coming in to check on me and help me through my labor. They were also great to my husband and always made sure he was comfortable too. I really can't say enough about the nurses there. Dr. Sayavong was the one who delivered my baby - I pushed for 3 hours and he kept trying and kept trying because he knew I didn't want a c-section. Finally I was so exhausted I couldn't push anymore and had to have a c-section. Dr. Sayavong was great the whole time and came back a handful of times to check on me and even came back after I was discharged but we were still staying in the hospital because my son was in the NICU. He just came in to check on me and ask how the baby was. We were there from Saturday until Wednesday morning and everyone was great the whole time. I would look into the nurses at the hospitals because really the nurses are the ones you will see more than the doctor. And Marion provides an extra bed for the father or whoever is with you, and if your baby isn't discharged before you are then they let you stay in the hospital so you don't have to leave the baby, which I loved.

Over the past 3 years 3 of my girls had babies and all went to Heartland. They have their main office at Heartland Hospital in Marion and another office in Harrisburg behind Kroger by the social security office. Wonderful staff. My oldest had a c-section because my second grandson was 10 lbs 11 oz. Everything went smoothly. Can't thank them enough.

Dr. Gates is who I see. The whole staff is wonderful! Very caring and supportive! I don't know if they have replaced Dr. Walker yet so might be difficult to get in.
