If he's got Byers, you need Nancy Einstein. If you can prove, actually have proof why she's better off with you, then go with Einstein. Not your cheapest option, but best for the child.

I've heard if you have dss on your side in court, it don't matter. Dss Will ask for him to take drug test and all kinds of crazy shit. Dss wants the child with the mother.

Nancy Einstein is great and truly is in the best interest of the child but she stays booked. I had dick beyer.. he's good but waay expensive. 2500 retaining fee, didn't get what we wanted but was still charged additional 1300 plus retaining fee. Rooks only charged 700 for retaining fee
