Quarr Abbey is rather nice on the Isle of Wight and it's not very expensive. The Benedictine Monks often take people who are a bit burnt out and need rest, they don't "force religion" on people either. I went a few years back and their singing in Grego rian Chant was beautiful, I was free to take part in their spirituality if I wanted to, or if I didn't there was no pressure. They have a private beach and beautiful walks around the Abbey too.

You could try "Rainbows End" at Bere in Devon (near Lyme Regis)

I've had some very positive results with my clients but only offer individual sessions. If your lady is interested all my details are on my web newporthypnotherapypractice.co.uk. I combine spiritual, hypnosis and cognitive to give holistic results of well being. If Newport is too far, I am relocating to the Plymouth area in June. Hope this helps.

I'm planning a retreat for later this year, involving a range of health, wellbeing and relaxation options, so by all means subscribe to get the info when it happens. Could also suggest a nutrition starter pack from the Happy Brain Series - the right nutrition is key for anxiety, mood and brain function! http://www.trinityholistics.co.uk/.../advice_and.../
