Who in the Charleston area knows of a good / honest / trustworthy auto body repair shop? I just had a bad customer service experience and want to see what other options...

Hoover Mitsubishi Collision... Sounds weird, but they were great working on my 4 Runner.

Brittney S. replied:
I used Kenny Hawkins in raleigh and they did a great job the 2 nd time. First time was a little rough... I hear that Paragon Collision in Raleigh is excellent too. Not sure how far you're willing to travel. I'm not too familiar with High Point.
Brittney S. replied:
Yeah I went to Kenny Hawkins on a recommendation as well and when they gave it back to me it was awful... I took it home hoping I'd be able to deal with it but it was really bad. The paint didn't match even remotely and the paint line was so rough and obvious. I took pictures of it and sent it to the shop with my concerns and they contacted me immediately with how embarrassed they were that someone allowed it to go back to its owner the way it was. They took it back immediately and redid the entire thing and now it looks great. Paint line is smooth and the color is as good as it's gonna get without coming straight from the factory. It took a while the 2 nd time though because they sent a portion of my old bumper to a lab to get color matched instead of just using the whiteout color code. I'm happy with it now.
