Rui hotel at Belamedina (may have mispelt that) they were great but in general you could probably go to any. They are really clued up over there. All the supermarkets sell gf food. Take some restaurant cards with you from www.celiactravel.com

I dont know about hotels but there's a restaurant in Paris called NoGlu which is a dedicated gluten free restaurant, and a gluten free patisserie called Helmut Newcake which do brunch/lunch
