No need for referral. You switch his denist that's it. Call Dr Rider has his records transfer and make an appointment. Dr Rider accepts your insurance. He is a lot closer then Florence.

For chiropractic care, go to Bowling Chiropractic in Highland heights and see Sammy Ganesh. He is one of the best and and he is a great man. He is who was adjusting me when I worked there... Love him!
