I go to a chiro regularly just to keep systems running optimal. My guy is old school and very good, trust him completely. If you're having random back pain, read the book by Dr. John Sarno, healing back pain, best book ever.

Walter Jones Sr. I used to go to the same Chiro but he's not around anymore...and it would be a 40 minute trip for me to see him. smile emoticon

Both! They work really well together. They both treat the source of the issue along with the symptoms. At least the good ones do. I love Dr. Rebarber & Fiamma!
