The Blue Bay Inn in Atlantic Highlands is nice. It's on First Ave. Also Spring Lake has some bed and breakfasts too.

Spring Lake has b&bs and a great beach.. Close to Belmar and 30 min from FH and Red Bank

The Molly Pitcher--a great old fashioned large hotel. Last time we stayed there it was cheaper than the Marriot by the highway.
