Explained everything very thoroughly and answered any questions I had beyond that. I initially was not considering the Hilliard area (not for any negative reasons, just had never really been through the area and didn't know what it had to offer). Kyle included Hilliard in the property search he ran for me and found my dream place for about $10k-$15k less than what the same floor plan was going for in Dublin. Also I don't have a conventional work schedule, that was no issue for Kyle. He had no problem with late afternoon meetings and replying to texts or emails at midnight when I got home from work. Quick edit to add- at closing I found out just through conversation that Kyle was currently representing 5 or 6 other people besides me at the time. I would have thought I was his only client at the time because he was so attentive to me.

/u/chap_stik I would say go through a Buyer's Agent. They work for you, and will go out of their way to get you everything you're looking for, and make it a very painless process.
