Vani Patibandla, she's the bestest ever!!!!! I don't have insurance either but she was my dentist when I did have it so, I went back. I will pay out of pocket for her quality care. Also, Mercy has a dental center on the 2 nd floor of the 13 th St building side. They take hcap so u can apply for that since its also based on income like the health dept was.
