Calling Foodie Friends!!! Any restaurant recommendations for Adam & I for my birthday? We wanted to go to Menu Gordon Jones but it's full. Ideally...
Nicki B. replied:
Jamie Oliver restaurant definitely a goer and plenty of variety!
Kirsty B. replied:
I'd agree with the Olive Tree being very good. Don't think it is suitable for you now, but Kho Thai is a great place for something a little bit different along a tasting menu idea (but much lower prices)
Laura Q. replied:
Have booked the Olive Tree, and very much looking forward to it having checked out their website and Trip Advisor! The Head Chef has worked with Michael Caines and at the Fat Duck x
Julia B. replied:
How about Brasserie Blanc (Raymond Blanc ) in queens square bath, heard it's really good xxx
Stewart P. replied:
Thai Trowbridge Restaurant is pretty good, had a real nice lunch there with the missus and reasonable!
Tamsin M. replied:
Brasserie Blanc is great- had delicious food and great service! We also love Bill's or Jamie's for something a bit more chilled. But my favourite is Tilley's Bistro- scrumptious!!! xxx
Trina E. replied:
Or Jamie Oliver bath
Emma M. replied:
The pear tree is fab! Not a fan of Jamie's, find the food a little hit and miss, Hall & Woodhouse in bath is very nice, or The Manor House at castle Combe to really push the boat
