Not sure if its the same guy, but the Appliance Doctor ripped us off. He took my front load washer and gave me a top loader while he fixed ours, but never brought our washer back, and then when we were finally able to get in touch with him, he said he threw our washer away because he couldn't fix it. We were left with a rusty old top loader. Would NEVER use him. Warren at Precision Appliance is the way to go.
