123 Odor Free is a do-it-yourself treatment. They provide you with the chemicals and tools. There is an odor-eating bacteria that literally eats the urine... even from cats. I have used this product several times years ago and it was 100% effective. It is not too costly and they offer several products, quantities and step-by-step instructions. I was able to order my products over the phone from them,but I am sure it can probably be ordered on the internet, too. I highly recommend them.
