Look up Cá Hồi Hoang (Wild Salmon) and Ngọt (Sweet). Also Đen (Black) if you’re into rap.

Touliver (SpaceSpeaker) used to put out some pretty good electronic stuff, too bad his recent stuff isn't exactly that good. Still interesting to check out. Kaang also release a few really good jazz/pop track (eg Một mình) but pretty much stopped a few years back for some reason. Da Lab make easy to listen to, wholesome rap music.

Not exactly what you were looking for, but Huynh James is pretty good and fun to listen to (especially quang tao cai boong), and Suboi is a female Vietnamese rapper who is getting pretty famous now, including overseas.

It all depends on what kind of music you are into. If you are in your adolescent, you can find some music pieces of Min, Đức Phúc, Soobin Hoàng Sơn, Sơn Tùng MTP (I wouldn't listen to, if I were you, well who knows), 'Lạ Lùng' of Vũ, Trung Quân Idol, and so on. Or you can listen to Thùy Chi, Trọng Tấn, Đào Lê Mận, Đức Huy (he's in his late 50), Quang Dũng, etc. Hope you will enjoy it. (I highly recommend you should listen to Đức Huy. His works are extremely famous)
