Not sure on competitive pricing but I take all my accounting to David Jones at FinancialServicesTas: http://financialservicestas.com.au/ I've always had a good experience with their services. Terri, from FinancialServices Tasmania. Macquarie st Hbt (she does a day from Ranalah too) as a practice in general they deal with lots of artists, market stall holders, the not a usual job kinda people. David Jones (head) is good too but he talks SO FAST. I've been using these guys for over ten years. Highly recommend. Claire

I have always found H & R Block on Elizabeth St super to deal with and my tax returns have frequently been very complicated (due to working multiple jobs and having an ABN) and mucked about by being ovs. They normally charge about $110 from memory.

If it is a simple return you can get it done for free by the ato over the phone. Accounting firms dont tell people though
