Farrah Fidler, it is Beit Horaah Shemen Hamishcha under the direction of Rav Yaakov Ben-Shimon per eluna. I think that is correct in reality as I was shocked when I looked and saw the non-rabbanut teudah so I believe (though I am not 100% sure) I look ed it up in eluna when I was there to see if I hadn't noticed that or not. If it has been a dairy place I would have been less concerned, but I didn't have the strength to go try to research it when I was standing there and it is not super close to where I live so I didn't bother when I got home either and just decided I would survive without chinese food. If you know about that hashgacha I would be happy to hear more details. A friend of mine said she thinks it is unreliable but she is very conservative and wouldn't really think any non-rabbanut hashgacha is reliable.
