Anyone recommend a good veterinarian? Also looking for a local nail salon.

Dr Aaron at Holden Animal clinic
Sharon O. replied:
You will like the Holden Animal Clinic for the neutering for sure. We took our two large dogs there are were very pleased with their services.
Sharon O. replied:
We now use Lifetime Animal Center in Warrensburg exclusively for our vet care and love them. We started out using Dr. Means at Alpine but after several issues with quality of care, cleanliness and customer service we started shopping around and visited several vets to find the best fit for us. We love the Sedalia Spay and Neuter Clinic but they could not take our larger dogs. We used Holden Animal Clinic and were very pleased with them for the neutering both times. We have since settled on Lifetime. They aren't as cheap as some others but it's what works for us.

Don't go to the Holden Animal Clinic....seriously. Mr. Means at Alpine Pet Clinic is great if you want to drive all the way to Warrensburg.
Lois C. replied:
Dr. Means is the best for small animals. Doc. Peddicord in Odessa. for horses.
Jacki T. replied:
Warrensburg Animal Hospital. Dr. Houtsman, Dr. Page are great.
Lisa M. replied:
Dr Means is awesome! Was disappointed in Aaron at Holden Animal Clinic. I was taking one of my dogs there and spent hundreds of dollars within a few months with no healing. The money I paid for meds was crazy. Went to another vet and first visit got answers and right help my dog needed to get better.
Bridget Z. replied:
We like Odessa Animal Clinic. ..all vets there. ..open late on Saturday also. Very helpful and friendly staff.
Craig L. replied:
Not only is Dr Means a great vet but cheap also cost me $45 for 3 days in the hospital vet care and meds he knows what he's doing he cares only about the animals not people but that's OK he saved my shepherd's life

It depends, what are you looking for? Dog, cat, cow, horse? If it's small animals or cows, Dr. Aaron in Holden. If it's horses, P Hill Animal Clinic or McCrady out of Odessa.
