One of the most gorgeous tattoos I've seen was a dove...no colour. The detailing and shading was absolutely stunning. I had to ask where it was done in case I ever have the balls to get one. It was done by Allan Duncan at Electric Tattoo.

It's not in Hope but Momento Mori has a variety of amazing artists who specialize in different things so it would depend what you wanted. If you go on their website it shows their gallery as well as many awards they win every year. Worth the drive if they have someone who specializes in the style you'd like:)
