Possibly Crofton Dental Center. Everything is very modern, kid friendly, family-geared, and Marty Gamble, the dentist, is good with kids. We all go to him and I know of several Hoptown and Madisonville peeps who use him exclusively as well. Don't know about a payment plan, but you could call and ask. (270) 572-4172 Looks weird but I promise it's a local number.

We go to Dr. Falco and have had wonderful service with him. Dr. Wells was mean to Kaley when she was going there. She was not patient with her whatsoever. I would not suggest her unless your into that mean personality type.

Wesley Porter is who we all 4 go to. The girls were seeing Dr Nunn until a year or so ago but we quit taking them because the girls said all they did was brush their teeth with fluoride. They should be getting cleaning just like we do so we switched.
