Yep. You'll have to pay but Mind should have a list of Cognitive Therapists.

I used the First Assist service during my 'Madness' phase (when I finally got rid of my, now, ex-Wife and the service was great.....contacted the new service from AXA but they don't really have anywhere local. All seem to be Leeds based.
