If you've got flexduct just replace it and install a UV light. You can't really clean it that well. Otherwise Blackmon Mooring for hard duct.

Just FYI, typically these are a scam. While it can be useful in some rare circumstances, usually there isn't enough dust to make any difference. With dryer vents it can be a different story, though.
